"We were State Farm customers for over 33 years and never expected our relationship with the company to end this way.

About a year after State Farm began insuring our business, we received a notice that they were dropping our business policy with little to no explanation. Then, after only a handful of claims over the last several years, we received another notice that our personal policies were also being discontinued. Again, no clear explanation was provided.

What makes this even more frustrating is that after notifying us that our coverage was being dropped, State Farm continued withdrawing premium payments from our bank account. Being told you no longer have coverage while money is still being pulled from your account creates confusion and raises serious concerns about communication and account management.

Unfortunately, customer service has also been a consistent source of frustration. Nearly every policy change or update has required multiple phone calls, emails, or follow-ups before it was handled correctly. Simple requests often turned into lengthy processes that should have been resolved the first time.

After more than three decades of loyalty, we expected better communication, better service, and at the very least a clear explanation for major decisions affecting our coverage. Instead, we were left feeling like just another account number.
